Swordtails and Guppies under attack!

I have 3 swordtails. All female. Maureen, Yuki, and Yellow Submarine.

I have 4 Guppies. All Male. Jude, Cheetah, Halloween, and an unnamed guppy.

I got these guppies along with 5 small fish ((Forget what they are called)) and 3 tetras. 2 are large, 1 is small.

Those 3 tetras are biting and nipping at the swordtails and guppies. Maureen looks like she has sustained the most damage. Her dorsal fin has bite marks and pieces missing from the 3 tetras attacking her.

What do i do about these 3 tetras? I know the fins will grow back because my dad had this same problem with his black skirt tetras. What should I do? I have a baby swordtail, Nemo, who is almost big enough to be released. I really dont want to have him get beaten up and killed.

How do i fix this?

How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes and when was the last one, any additives used, filtration, live plants?

The tank is pretty big. I forget how many gallons but it is pretty big. I'll get a picture of it.

I have a filter in there, a really big filter. I don't really change water, it evaporates out, and I use a pitcher to refill it. I last added water 2 days ago. No additives that I can remember. The tank has 2 rainbowy rocks with holes for the fish to hide in. A bridge, and a fake coral and annemonie plant.

All I could see was black with a tiny orange light on your pic.
Measure it
What about water pram numbers for: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH
How long has the tank been set-up

The tank has been set up for a while...since mid March.
I'll use a test strip to figure out the water qualities and things.
