Nice pair!

Seems that you have some things down, but you should definitely add some live plants. Live plants make microorganisms for your fry to eat the first few days they are free swimming. I recommend using Java Moss, Java Fern, Banana Lilies, ect.

Also, it doesn't look like you have anything for male to make a bubble nest under, which will be key in spawning. I suggest using a plastic lid, like the one off of a oatmeal or pringels containers, but you can use a Styrofoam cup cut in half, bubble wrap, Indian Almond leaves, or even have a plant (aquatic plant of course) so he can secure his nest.

Also, what would you be feeding the fry?

I have already added the live plants and I'm giving the male so options for the bubble nest. I have some floating plants and ill be adding a half of styrafoam cup cut in half. Also I will be feeding the fry bbs (freashly hatched of course) but besides that is there anything else I need

also i have a quick question can the female lose interest in the male. at first they where all over each other and now she just ignores him. and hell start a bubble nest and then during the day it will go away what do i do.

Yes bettas can loose interest in other bettas (Male and female alike) if you let them see each other for too long, or if there's something wrong with the betta. I suggest that you isolate them for 3 days or so, only show the female when you are ready to breed.

Bettas are "still water fish". In order for the nest to last they need still water with a rather "thick" (?) surface. I think you are using air pumps. This will "clear" the water surface thus the bubbles won't last that long. If you want to use a pump, set it to a minimum (about 1 - 2 bubbles/second). Or you could turn off the pumps until the fry are free swimmers.
