Would Roger be ok in my 17 gal.community?

Well i wanted to upgrade Roger to my 17 gallon community tank! I just want to make sure that this will be ok! First of all the tank temp is usually around 75-78 degrees constantly and water perimeters as far as i know are just fine! The tank has two neon tetras ( i know they are a schooling fish but i will only get more if they are ok with bettas if not i may give them to someone or not do the upgrade) 2 harlequin rasboras,( same thing for them as with the neons) 4 platys ( one is big but always hides pretty gentle girl) and 7 guppies,(2 are males and one female is big but old and gentle seriously she has been around for about 1 or 2 years!) and last but not least 1 rainbow tetra! (old guy and pretty darn gentle about 1-3 years old!) Tell me if its ok! And if possible i will make the changes necessary!

Ok well i put him in and he is doing great! The other fish dont bother him much either! He does sort of swim behing one of the neons once in a while but he doesn't do anything to it. He is so cute!

I would just keep an eye on him and you can always take him out if there are any problems.
