Sick Betta need help

Hey guys. I just noticed when my betta is swimming slow he seems to swim on his side. If tap the tank and he swims away fast he is fine. I also noticed it seems like he is floating. If he is on the bottom of the tank he will just float up?? Im trying to get a picture but hes currently hiding in his treasure chest. Any ideas?

Doesn't look bloated...could have an infection of the swim bladder usually caused by bad water. Have you tested the water lately?

Some fish have stronger immune systems then others so the other might not be effected yet. Your ammonia could be high even if your water looks clean.

Should I wash the gravel out as well? I have 2 live plants in the tank. What do I do about them? Take them out of tank??

Just vacuum the gravel and leave the plants. I would do daily water changes until you see improvement. If it makes it easier isolate the one fish for treatment.
