Exclamation Tap Water conditioner

How long should you wait with a five gallon after putting in API tap water conditioner?

You can put it in anytime. I usually add the conditioner first to one of my jugs and then water. And I let it set over night.

Most of the dechlorinators work instantly/on contact and the water is safe to use as soon as the product is in the water.

If using a python to fill the tank-put the amount of tank gallons of the product in the tank first and then fill with the fresh water.

Using a bucket, use the amount of product for the amount of water in the bucket, stir, add to tank.

I put my conditioner in the bucket of new water as it is filling - gets good & mixed in that way, IMO! :)
