curling anal fin?

My betta, on the day i got him, had perfect fins. A little tearing here and there from plastic plants(took them out IMMEDIATELY), but i've noticed that his anal fin is curled at the very end where it kinda makes a point. I thought "hmm.. he must be doing that himself" but its not him. I haven't seen him without his fin curled liek that. I made him flare(making his fins spread) and the end of his fin is still curled. Is this something to worry about or no? I do daily 100% water changes because he is in a 1.5 gallon tank without a filter(filter is in my 5.5G tank that is cycling).

as long as his swimming isn't impeaded I wouldn't worry too much, if you notice any changes in his health or perhaps deterioration to his fins please update us on it as we can help (the forum, not multiple mes, lol).
