Okay, I'm back with the fresh/still the same info

Ammonia: A tiny bit over 0,

Nitrites: 5.0 or greater

Nitrates: Less than five, I'd say probably 3 or 4

Testing Kit: API Freshwater Test kit

I might start adding some extra fish food to go along with the shrimp in there to try and bump the ammonia a bit higher so the tank can finish it's cycle.
