He's beautiful! But, according to your other posts, aren't you now currently cycling your 10 gallon? Not to sound mean, but are you sure you should get him? I mean, he's awesome, but wouldn't it be best to wait until your tank cycles? I think so, but hey, that only my opinion.

It's just, there are always going to be beautiful bettas that need homes, and I think you should wait a little while to give the tank some time before jumping into it.

Well I got my betta fish Alexander when my tank was still cycleing and he's doing just fine....I just took out water daily and now the tank is cycled :] So I think the betta would be just fine in the tank...IMO
