Ok, I was thinking about religion and then it came to me, A new religion based of bettas! you would woreship them and treat them like roalty! well we already do , and we would promote betta awarness and help people relize fighting them is animal cruelty and that they shouldn't be kept in tiny bowls! Now THAT would be a religion! I have been thinking about taking on a belief but never could find the right one (Im an athiest)

I don't really have any religious beliefs, though I don't think I'd go as far as worship my bettas... I mean, I care for them as well as I can, but not worship them.
Yeah I tried to be christan but on my first day going to church the people resented me because I used to to be athiest so I was out of it in a day, oh and yes it would be called bettism. also no offence but for some reason god is neer looking out for me I pray to him in my hour of need but nothing. I really want a religion but I cant find any good ones
It's human to need to believe in something, so I don't see a problem with any religion. As long as what ever you follow you do not try to force onto others. I grew up in a Catholic family, but I remember from the first day of Sunday school, it just bored me so much, I was totally uninterested.
Well maybe it doesn't need to be a religion. It could just be some philocify or something. I saw on the web that to find your religion you have to look into your heart and find what you truely believe in.
Jakr959, no offense, but I thought you said you were an atheist? Like, you don't believe in God at all? So why do you bother to pray? No offense, and I'm not saying you shouldn't (I'm a Christian).
thats a stariotype, people say that "all athiest are loonss" or " they believe aliens will come and pick then up" Alot of athiest hae no "relgious" belief" because they are deciding what religion. I am one one those athiest, I want some form of belief. The last time I prayed to god, I lost my dog. because I pray my grampa would be alright after his surgery, he was fine, and the next day my dog died
