I was there with my daughter the other day and we found two males and one female in one cup together. I found two empty cups sitting behind the others and seperated them as fast as I could. I asked someone to find a manager and after waiting and waiting I went to find one myself...he didn't seem to interested but he did go over to the bettas and talked with my grown daughter. I'm sure nothing with be done to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Things can be done. If you report it to the manager make it known that if you don't see improvement on your next trip not only will you not be shopping there again but you will be reporting the store to corporate. If things don't improve then actually take the time and report it to corporate and let them know that if things don't improve that you'll be taking it to the media.

Things can change but they won't if you don't make them.

Thank god ours got rid of the fish department all together! No one had any fish knowledge there. I've heard about this in the past, but never witnessed it first hand. I love how they have lil baby irridescent sharks and don't let customers be aware that yes they will out grow your tiny 10 gal tank, cause they can grow anywheres between 2-3 ft. in captivity.
