My tank foamed when I put in dechlorinator?

Some dechlorinator can make the water foam, how bad is it and did some of it go away after awhile?

The foam only formed on the leaves of my silk plant. It went away when I touched it and didnt come back.

It might not be foam, just air bubbles.
