What kind if any treatments have you tried so far
How big is the tank, how much and how often on the water changes, when was the last one, cycle, filter, additives, live plants, water temp, how old is the Betta, how much and what kind of food?
Is the bloating in the stomach or all over, scale sticking up and other symptoms or behavior changes?
Can you post a pic?

He's in quarantine which sadly is only a half gallon tank from a 10 gallon. 100% water changes daily, theres no filter for the quarantine tank, spring water because our tap water contains too much sulfur and additives dont work, so no additives I was going to salt from advice on here in my old thread but read that salt is bad for tropical fish so have been unsure about that, no live plants, silk plants for him to rest on, water temp is constant 78 F, the betta is a pet store fish so no clue to age but hes smaller than most healthy adults so under two years is my guess, he was getting two mini-pellets daily plus bloodworms until he started bloating so I fed him peas for constipation but he passed the peas and I fasted him then fed peas again in that food cycle for two weeks, today he got bloodworms again. The bloating is only in the stomach and didn't start until after two days of being floaty, he isnt pineconing/scales arent sticking up. My camera is broken but he hasn't changed much since my older thread, he's bloated on his belly and he floats either upright (or on his side if he gets stressed out) but he still eats and will make himself "stuck" under the plant to stay out of the air.

What kind of salt did you use?
I would lower the water level and cover the top of the tank with plastic veggie wrap to keep the air warm and humid above the water, make a 50% water change and add 1tsp/gallon of Epsom salt(not aquarium salt) and keep him in this for the next 2 days, heat at 80F, no food.
On day 3-7 make a 100% water change and add Epsom salt 1tsp/gal after each 100% water change, no food until day 4 and feed half of what you normally feed.
This could be several things, swim bladder inflammation, deformed swim bladder, he has a cold, bacterial infection. If he is having bowel movements it is not constipation but it could be an impacted/inflamed duct.

This is a natural treatment, if he has been sick for 2 weeks you may want to use antibiotic instead of the natural treatment. I don't use antibiotic so I can't recommend any.
Keep us updated

Ok I only have aquarium salt that I use when my goldfish are sick so I'll have to go buy some.. won't he suffocate if I put plastic wrap over his tank lid? I've heard of using melafix or metafix anti-bacterial stuff for goldfish but have no clue about bettas :( I'm ashamed to say that it wasnt until recently that I even viewed fish as more than ornaments..

You will be taking the veggie wrap off after 2 days, then daily so he should be fine, if you are worried you can poke a hole in the top, I have never had a problem in using it but I also removed it to clean and feed the tank daily.

I think he has a fungal/bacterial infection? He now has ulcers or something on his face.. he stopped being as floaty though *yay* and is no longer bloated... but now his face is covered in white and cuts/sores? I managed to get something with my moms old camera, sorry its so blurry :(

Google Columnaris flexibacter and look at the pic and read the symptoms and see if it fits what your Betta has.
