i just went to pet smart to buy a ghost shrimp. once i got everything prepared i put it in with my betta. so far there doing well.

Why does everyone have ghost shrimp except for me? :D I actually am a fan of the shrimpness. Well, have fun with your new little shrimp. I hope your betta makes a 'friend'.

Well, I used to have shrimp, but my bettas ate them all. LOL

xD doggyhog my girls made snacks out of all my ghost shrimp too. i got a snail thinking ill just do more PWCs (i have a cycled 10g) my girls went after the snail like crazy too! the snail now lives with my boys as they dont care that its there :) (boys tank is also 10g cycled & divided)

I hope things go well with your shrimp! I've thought about getting a shrimp or two for my little buddy, but I fear he'd eat them as soon as I put them in, lol

Yeah I saw Angel swimming around with a shrimp in her mouth. LOL the little fatty.

Luckily, my girls don't mind their snail. I tested Pansy out with Louie (My snail) while angel was in the spawning tank and she did just fine with him. Angel loves to watch her snail. It's soooo cute. Never nips him. :)
