Question Reptile suction plants in aquarium

Does anyone know whether those fake plants with suction cups that you can stick to the side of a reptile's terrarrium are good for in aquariums? I was thinking of getting one to put in this tank.

I was kinda hoping to go into the city tomorrow and pick up a suction plant if they're aquarium safe. Has anyone used them in a tank?

Unfortunately, I don't have a Petsmart near me, just some locally owned pet stores and a Pets Unlimited (PJ's Pets).

I'm going to check one of the local pet stores today, and also Pets Unlimited.

I have one of those in my tanks. I haven't had a problem with them, it just took a bit of searching to find a plant with rounded tips..most of them I found had sharper edges :( My betta Grape LOVES it though :)

I asked someone in the fish department at the pet store about whether they were good for tanks today and they said they were. I still wasn't sure about it, but while I was wandering around looking at the fish, I noticed that there was a fake plant from the same brand name in the tank. It wasn't a suction cup one, but one that had a base for standing. I figured if they were using them in their tanks, they must be fine, so I bought one. Here's hoping it'll look good!!!
