Question soaking in bottled garlic juice

I know this has been mentioned before, but I couldn't find any of the thread that mention this specific topic.

I know I've read here that some people use the juice from bottled minced garlic, and I bought some organic bottled garlic the other day. The other ingredients in the juice are organic soybean oil and citric acid. Are either of these harmful to fish?

Does anyone know if it's safe or not?

I'm not sure but the only thing I can imagine not being safe would be the citric acid but I could be wrong.

Yeah...the citric acid is what I'm mostly worried about. I'm pretty sure the soybean oil is safe.

Hmm... not sure. I use juice from non-organic bottled garlic and those are not ingredients in there. I have had no problems with the juice from the non-organic bottled garlic.

I was looking at the non-organic minced garlic also, but the ingredients were the same. The only difference was everything but the citric acid was labelled as 'organic' with the organic garlic.

Garlic can be a natural anti-parasitic. It does not harm the fish, and most actually really like it.
