I thought OFL said 1 tsp per gallon? Idk. I trust people more than books. At least experienced people.

If you go with the book though you should add both teaspoons during your water change because aquarium salt can burn bettas while it is dissolving. after it's dissolved it's fine but if you put it in while the fish is in there it can burn them.

At least I think I read that somewhere on here before. =/ I might be wrong.

Also the box of AQ salt that I have says you need to add it all at once during the water change and let it dissolve because it doesn't filter out or evapoorate out of the aquarium.

I'm not the best person to ask though because no matter what I do Genie isn't healing. =/

I'd ask someone who's been successful. =]

Okay every water change I put one teaspoon of salt in and wait for it to dissolve and then put the fishie in there? That sounds correct. Tell my mom that by pm ing me. She reads them.
