Exclamation Fungus?

I noticed yesterday that there are little blue "Spots" on one of the leaves, and Lucky's leaf hammock in his tank. Is this fungus? Please Help!!

Can you post a pic?
Does it have a smell, rub off easy, look fuzzy, how big are the spots, are the spots getting bigger or do they stay the same...etc......

No smell, I don't know if they rub off easily, they look kind of fuzzy, they are very small, and they have stayed the same. I think they might be from the filter, but I cannot be sure.

My fish Carlisle kind of has these now but I for the life of me can not find out what they are!I know it's not the air filter cause I got a new one and he had them before that and stil has them now.let me know if you find a way to treat it or find out what it is.

I think I might know what it is.
You see, when I first got the blue gravel, thbere were little blue particles in there that I had to wash out...and I might have missed a couple. So then maybe the filter picked it up, it flowed through the water, and landed there on the leaves. Does this sound right?

hmm I don't know I have marbles for all of mine for now.So maybe carlise has something different, but I don't think gravel would stick to a fish.

It doesn't stick to the fish, only his betta leaf hammock and a leaf connected to his pirate ship. Sorry if I confused anyone.
