Question Opinions on 20 gallon long?

I would really like a 20 gal long to replace my 5, 10, and 1 gallon tanks. I was wondering if anyone has this size of tank and what they think of it. It would be divided 8 times, I think. Oh and if anyone knows the dimensions of a 20 long, I would really appreciate it! Thanks

Do you mean I should get larger than a 20 gallon?

Oh I see. Yeah I was hoping to have all the boys in one tank. Actually if I got the 20 gallon I would not have to use my 29 gallon too... Ah so many options. This may be a hard question to answer but what would you guys do with 8 male bettas and a 10, 5, 5 hex, and 29 gallon tanks? With the goal being less tanks haha!

You mean divide it? I have had it divided into 5 and really didn't like it. The bettas had to swim up and down inside of side to side.

I'd divide the 29 into 3, the 10 into 3, and the 5.5 rectangular into 2. That way you could ditch the 5 gallon hex. =]

I'd hate to give up the hex though. <=[ They look SO cool!

Why do you need to get rid of tanks anyway?

I think the 20 long is 30" inches long, which would leave very little room for the bettas. I have 10 bettas: 15 gallon (24" long) divided 4 ways, 10 gallon divided 3 ways, 5.5 gallon divided two ways (for my two CT who have tail issues), and a gallon. This works pretty well for me.
