Question male or female fish?

Last week we kinda discovered that Drina might not be a girl after all. But I'm still not convinced!
What are your opinions?
Male or female?
The bubble nest:

Hmmm that's a hard one. "She" looks like a young male...the fins look too long. Females can blow bubblenests too so that doesn't determine anything. I guess you'll just have to wait to see if "her" fins grow or not. How long have you had "her"? Gorgeous fish by the way!

I'm pretty sure that is a male. I don't see any egg spot and he's got a male shape.

They have grown a lot since i got her. she was VERY small when i got "her", couldn't have been more than 8 or 9 weeks.

I wasn't sure because of the stomach (almost looks like an egg belly, but could be bloated).
petco sold the fish as a female...haha didn't think they could mess up something as simple as telling a fish's gender.

Look at it and see if you can see a white spot just past his/her ventral fins. If he doesn't have one its definitely a male.

there is no egg spot. where she poos it used to be kind of swollen and very white so that is what confused me. but there isn't even that anymore.

yep.. definitely a boy. You might want to treat him for parasites if he's that bloated.
