Whaddaya think? (Fish Choice... I hope)

So I think maybe I'm getting an new fish. I recently got a little money back and I think if I play my cards right I can convince my Mom to pitch in and get me a fish from Bettysplendens.

Here are my choices... what do you think? I'm going by quality, breeding potential, and price... So please take that into consideration.

$15 Really young multi



$25 Multi



$25 Melano.. my biggest concern is that this guy is a biter



$30 Pretty color but I don't know if I want to breed that color



$17 Love the fins but not sure about the color.



$25 PAIR I really like this color. (There's also another pair like this for $30)


$30 PAIR Great fins and I love the color



$10 Really Young. The only problem is he would be pet only as I'm not sure I want to breed rosetails because of the issues that come with them




So what do you think? There are a couple others I like but these are the main guys.

I have $16 earmarked for a fish and my Mom would make up the rest + shipping. I think that's reasonable considering this is my birthday present.

I would say get the 2nd one.I really like his colors and fins.
I'm thinking about getting a pair from bettysplendens as well.

I like the last two pairs. They're both really good looking. The other one I like is that multicolor, but more from a 'he's different' standpoint, you know?

Right now my top three (not in any order) would be

the red pair because they've got great fins and color. I could see myself using them to start my extended red line (even though they aren't extended red).

The first multi because he's so young. I can see him grow and mature and have a long life and hopefully many spawns with him. Maybe eventually mixing him with my multibabies (if there are any left alive.. my Mom's been taking care of them)

the second multi because he's got great fins and a unique color, and again I can mix him with the multibabies

Love the first males, shape, color, everything really the problem is he's only 5 bucks cheaper then the pair and you'd have to find a female to go with him too.

Well I was gonna vote for the first Multi but then this one came along! <3 LOVE this one! =] I'd get him if I could. =]
