Eh, I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. Most of the products like that are just snake oil. The only way to manage very few water changes is with a large quantity of live plants, beneficial bacteria, and just the right balance. You just can't get that out of a bottle. Besides, this thing is telling you it's going to seed your tank with a ton of algae. Who wants that?

I dunno, personally I have 6 tanks--I don't find that weekly partial water changes are all that difficult. It takes like 5 minutes per tank--really not that bad considering that in exchange for a few minutes of work you have a beautiful fish tank to stare at and happy fish to stare back at you.

I wouldn't trust it. If it sounds too good to be true and all that. I actually like doing my tanks. It's soothing. :)

These type of products only seem to work sometimes? I use something called Nutrafin Cycle, and it worked amazing for me, but 1-2/3 people say it doesnt.

Cycle is garbage, it's terrestrial bacteria that will consume your fish's waste temporarily--until it drowns and dies off. This product will crowd out any aquatic bacteria that might be living in your tank and cause it to die off as well. Cycle can be a good temporary fix, but if your tank is cycling, it will crash your cycle. The only products of this kind I would trust would be BioSpira/Tetra SafeStart and Dr. Tim's One and Only.
