Tankmates?

I am going to be setting up a sorority of 6 in a 25 gallon tank soon. What else could I put in there besides the Bettas?

IMO you could have a bristlenose pleco OR a school of pygmy or panda corys with a school of neon tetras. I'm sure some people will have better suggestions and also may disagree with me

I would definitely add a group of bottom feeders to spice up the lower part of the tank. Lots of people like to add ghost shrimp, but sometimes bettas decide that they make tasty snacks, so I don't know if I would do it. 4 or 5 panda cory cats would be great. If you manage to find the dwarf or pygmy corys, you could have a school of 8. Corys are adorable! African Dwarf Frogs also do well with bettas, but they can be tricky to feed because they're slow to find food-- especially with all those piggy bettas around.

I think I like the idea of Corys and Neon tetras. And a pleco is the obvious choice for any aquarium. :D

Haha, just make sure its not a common pleco, these grow to atleast 2ft in some cases and will outgrow your tank in a few months if not weeks. Try to go for a pleco that doesn't grow too big like a bristlenose, clown, zebra these stay relatively small around 6" there is also a pleco called a pitbull which grows to about 2.4 inches but I'm sure these like to be kept in groups
