When we were forced to move, we cancelled our internet with Telus and they gave us a headache, trying to send out technicians and get our new address. NO. Your internet services suck. We were getting less than half of what we were paying for.
We switched over to Shaw. Everything was fine. Fast internet, awesome cable. Then we received a bill for "unreturned equipment". At our old apartment, we had free cable included with the rent, through Shaw. We never received ANY equipment. We phoned and filed a claim, dealing with a woman who kept asking if we had "taken our old equipment to the new apartment." Yes, stupid, we took our non-existent equipment with us. We thought everything would be fine. We hadn't received any equipment or had anyone ever come out.
Now apparently our cable is going to get disconnected if we don't pay them and they're threatening to take us to court.
I'm just so tired of all this.
