Uni does that to you, Shirley. :( I was such an overachiever in school - top 5% of the country at graduation - now in uni I've only passed some courses becuase I applied for special consideration, and I've failed one outright and have to repeat it.

Dramaqueen. At least I passed it right? My first C in a class. I have been in school two years and gotten mostly A's and a few B's. I feel okay if I get a C because I tryed. *sigh* I got a 76 Dramaqueen.... There goes my 3.9 GPA.

I tell you what. I am glad now that I decided to do my Master's in business in parts. I don't think I could handle 8 straight years of college. I am too much of an overacheiver. I mean if you look at my college prep history you can tell.

advanced english literature
art
Business
Business Math
Advanced History
I even shadowed a teacher while she was teaching kindergarten and tutored 7-8 year olds in Math and writing.

I know there are some I can't even think of. Do you feel like your overactive want to learn is finally catching up to you?

I have a want to know...not the same as a want to learn. :p

After too many days of straight assignments, the long-delayed back pain has finally caught up with me. I'm grateful it's only just got there, though.

Argghhh why do people think its ok to let their fish die instead of doing the best thing for them. Today arrived at the inlays and their fin rotten fighter has finally had enough of being nipped and not looked after properly and has killed 2 fish! He's usually quite placid. To add to that their nitrites are through the roof. And this was my favourite part.. "if they die they die". I wanna rescue the betta at least but she won't let me take him even though he's either going to rot to death or kill everything in site. So angry!

Yea it will be all right though. I still have a high enough GPA to get on the Dean's list I believe. I am competitive so it was a good small slap to bring me back down to Earth. You can't be good at everything and sometimes that is easy to forget when you are goal oriented.

Hey Mother Nature, season are to be in the following order : spring, summer, fall and winter ,all spread out over the 12 month year! Not winter,spring,summer, fall, winter, spring, fall, in the same month!!! Get your stuff straight.

We had snow on the ground yesterday and some places in Québec actually had a snow storm with 15 cm of the white stuff! At the rate we are going we'll still have snow in june! I hate snow , I want sunshine and 30 C.
