lo sena... i was thinking hell's bells
I am Nakoda Souix and have a love for other cultures, the school my children go to had an international cultural day and some people were telling me to dress in my people's traditional clothing that we were at pow-wows. I honour and respect my people's traditions and the regalia we wear at pow-wows have a great significant meaning for us and yes it would be nice to show everyone the style of clothingg i would wear if i was to dance in the pow-wow but with the deep meaning it holds for me i couldnt do it. So i took pictures along from pow-wows i had gone to when i was younger, but decided to wear a punjabi style outfit with the help of a friend lol the looks i got was priceless
had i had a kimono i would have worn that too but sadly i havent gotten a hold of one soon enough.
rant: some family members ... enough said..
