My Landlord died! OMG what a shock. He had a massive heart attack so now we are scrambling to find our rent receipt from last month to help the new landlord. My goodness. Still having professor problems at school and my husband is being a jerk. He is taking his work crap out on me. Poor baby has a job and doesn't have to sit at home alone all day and night. Wah, at least he has human contact instead of a 24/7 job of keeping up with the house and caring for the pets HE wanted. You know the first set of fish I got was supposed to be for him and I got stuck with all the work. Now this long tailed lizard that he wanted has fallen on me. I am going to divorce him if he gets another animal. :D Oh happy silence.

I am sorry about your landlord that might affect your life. Are you attending his funeral?

No, I didn't know him personally so I had no attachment. I think the new landlord is going to be a bit more strict but I think they are going to take care of some things that the other didn't so it could be a good thing. Thanks for the concern and I do wish his family the best.

Actually we are but I think it has more to do with my anxiety. Anxiety makes me so frustrated and angry and I can't stand to look at him lately. Having to find a two inch long receipt by Monday isn't helping.
I am sorry the landlord passed away like he did to. He was reallly nice but didn't help much around here. I have had a giant hole in my backyard for about two years because he never filled it in after a pipe busted and it took him about two months to repair a leaking sewage system which is disgusting. I don't mean to speak ill of him because he was nice but he wasn't meant to be a landlord. He didn't have that mean streak in him or the knowledge to handle things. The new landlord just evicted the neighbors because he found out they haven't paid in months.
