Yikes. Yeah...When I open up my store... Online or with bricks and mortar... NOTHING like this will ever set foot in my store, except as a SEALED display in a SEALED acrylic box, that has a few nasties in there like this one. AND it will have it's own write up of WHY this is a stupid idea.

Tell your children Mr. Fishy or Bubbles died because you were too naive to realize fish are living creatures -.-

Sad thing is, that store is actually a really trustworthy and knowledgeable aquarium store locally owned (with the exception of like two other locations a few hours away). They recommend good tank sizes for bettas and know their stuff when it comes to fish. They even SAY not to get those for ANY fish, so I don't know WHY they even sell those! Heck, I didn't see anything so bad in my local PETSMART (which, I'll admit, I have gotten fish there, as Mystery, Mystery's tank, and her tank's decor are all from the local Petsmart)!!!!!!

I get you on that point too. My dad drives me crazy over stocking his 55. And with the wrong mix of fish. It has one male betta, tetras, danios, mollys, Chinese algae eaters five of them, a dozen albino bronze cories and various other things right along with a bristlenose pleco. He had a common pleco in there to that is now living with me because the poor thing was getting aggressive because he had no space and was getting picked on by the other fish. He won't listen too me though. He's the dad so he thinks he knows more. I don't claim. To know more than anyone but I can see when something isn't right.

Mine is like that too. She fell off of a bar stool and put a deep scratch I. My neck when I first met her. Its obnoxious

Rant: Most schools end break next Monday, so there's a full week of break, which makes SENSE! My school, however, resumes classes on the THIRD! WHICH IS A THURSDAY!
