My mom is the only perfect person on this earth, if you haven't heard.
Anna's son knows very well who I am, my email, etc. He chose not to invite me.
According to my mom's voicemail, "it's OK if I come as her (mom's) guest."
I'm calling mom tomorrow and telling her there is NO WAY I'm going, and my b-day will NOT include them next year. Hell, I'd rather sit at home and watch a movie.
I'm 52. I sound like I'm 2. but I'm REALLY PO'D!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just posting to blow off a little steam. I am just tired and cranky is all. What about. Well I can't say exactly, as it wouldn't be polite, or right for that matter, to discuss it here. Let's just say that sometimes the level of stupidity humanity can reach surprises me.
My rants not as intense as other peoples lol but I bought some amazing red polka dot heels but my pinky toes pop out the sides its so cruel. The internet says I'll have to take them in to someone who can stick a bit of matching material on the sides but I dont know how much that will cost...hopefully not too much
Also I accidentally poured way too many brine shrimp eggs into the hatchery, I cant even use up 1/4 of them before they die so I just wasted a quite a bit
Well got an email from my academic advisor today. I am starting to stress a little. I don't do good when I have a lot of things to do at once. Not muti-tasking but events stress me out. I thought I was going to start my BA in June but I got signed up to start class again in four days. MUST PREPARE, ack!
On the 29th I go with my Sister-in-Law to her college because she is nervous and can't think of any questions to ask. She is going to go to a community college for nursing to get her R.N. and then she is thinking about my University for her B.S.N. I am getting nervous for her because she has no confidence and is afraid she isn't going to pass that compass test? I think that's what it's called...
And the big event... My AA commencement is on the fourth and I have no idea what to expect. I was home-schooled so I didn't get the big ceremony like the other kids... and I graduated HS at 21 but that's another story.
It all boils down too the fact that I hope I don't trip, that I can think of questions, and that I remember to go to class...
On a happier note, I started some seeds inside this year and some are sprouting. Oh and I got a black berry bush for my yard. Nummy.
Lol flip flops are more descriptive, I'll give you that Luckily we arent as weird as those Australians, they call them thongs haha.
Do you guys say togs in America?
We call them all 3. Flip flops, thongs, and sandals. But it's mostly older people (at least around me) that call them thongs. Flip flops and sandals are sometimes used interchangeably, but more often than not, flip flops are more descriptive for only thong sandals, and all over kinds of sandals (like with backs on them) are just sandals
