Unfortunately it's not just pet related... it's EVERYTHING I do seems wrong to him. I think it's because his youngest kid just went to college, and now he's got no one to harass -.-;

Not in this case. Believe me on this. He complains about me and my brother all of the time for things we can't control (like cleaning out my brother's apartment. He complained because my brother wasn't his son so he shouldn't be there... Who invited you anyways?!) Maybe for SOME harassment means care (?), but in this it doesn't. Unfortunately, I've got the "Evil stepfather" from the movies... except he hasn't tried to send me off to bootcamp yet xD

It has to be hard to live at home with a remarried parent, it would also be hard to marry into a family with kids.

I don't know...my dad abused me, so I pressed charges was put into foster care until I moved out. My mom was in jail for shooting him at the time...

Steps can suck! Just know it's not really you Code. He'd be harassing someone else, or making someone else miserable. You're an easy target who can't really fight back. It's not right that he takes frustration out on the people he's supposed to be caring for. Obviously he has issues.

I had a Stepmother once. She and my Dad smoked themselves into oblivion and then she left him for a female neighbor who was a nurse and could get better drugs.

We should all get together and write a country song!

My life is going down the toilet right now. I feel like I'm trying to stand on a ball and juggle knives or something. Its coming at me from all sides these days it seems.

I think I'm going to take a break from Bettafish and my other forums for a few days and just try to get back on track.

And that's what I figured, VG. Since his son's not here, he needs SOMEONE to harass. Although, my mom said she was proud of me for FINALLY sticking up for me and what I believe in. :3 I'm proud, too.

Agh I'm really sick of my mom! She acts like I know absoutly nothing about fish and she knows everything -_- Which she knows nothing in careing for bettas. Argh! Sometimes I wish she would be like my dad and just leave me to take care of my fish! Now all she does is say I feed them too little they Need a bubbler in their tank which they don't and I'm very sure I do not feed them too little! I really do wish she would just leave me and MY fish alone. -_- Sorry guys I had to let this out!

I have a few rants to let out.

1. I have writer's block! Arrrghh!
2. Today is my last night of staying up late because my mom is coming home tomorrow (she would only let me stay up till 9 this summer.) >.<
3. School starts on the 2nd! NOOOOO!
