Well, you could take the other track: Extreme nonchalance. She obviously wants to cause trouble. Just pretend she doesn't exist when she's acting like a foo foo nutbar. :P
That, or she has major comedy potential. her supposed "friends" don't even take her seriously. The BF obviously doesn't :P I was more apalled at her than anything.

Yeah, you did. I tried bringing it to his attention twice today, once just in general and today with that one chick, and he said very little. No offers to ask them to stop, not even a "sorry, I can't do anything."
They've been friends a lot longer than I've even known him, so I don't think that that's my place. Maybe if she was, like, sending him inappropiate pictures or something. I could ask him to ask her to stop, but she probably wouldn't, and then he'd just get yelled at by her. She's not a threat, realistically, but it's still kind of annoying.
