Yeah...

Anti-rant: 2/3 of the way through my book. My large, annoying book I had to read for my summer project.

He is kinda... yum. I wish I was able to read it on my own terms, though. Been choking so much of it down lately, I'm starting to speak like the characters. What is the book really about? What's the them here? Cause I don't get where it's going at. So far, this guy just gets rich and is plotting his revenge. I guess it'll all come together in some expert way at the end.

He basically uses some amazing schemes to get revenge on those 3 guys who put him in prison.. He succeeds, helps a few people like Morrel and then goes on living in peace with his girlfriend :D
And yes it does come together in an expert way but you have to read it twice to get it completely, its complicated :P

Lol! I don't blame you, its a tedious book.. I like tedious books though.. I actually read Edgar Allan Poe's story collection in the unabridged, unedited 18th century language.. It was a pain but I loved it.. Except when the spelling was weird. Clue was clew then.. I spent 15 minutes wondering what a clew is! XD

I love literature, and I love analysis, but sometimes I don't understand what the book is telling me xD At least when we read Shakespeare in class the teacher would help explain it to us. I loved Dorian Gray, though. I love it whenever I feel like the author is talking directly to me, I understand it so perfectly.
