Rant: For a few weeks now, I can't sleep. I'll go to bed 11:30-12:00 ish and lie there for an hour or two. I work out after dinner, but that's at seven. Is that what's making me stay up?

It's possible, exercising that time can make you extra alert, so you wont get sleep :/

Nope. No caffeine, most of the time. Maybe a glass of iced tea in the morning or afternoon, but that's about it. FFFff I do not want to exercise in the morning Dx Not gonna work when school starts, either.

Maybe before dinner? 5ish? Usually it makes you really alert and then the sleepiness kicks in.. At least for me.. I'm going to be starting at my gym from Aug 1.. My college project really made me pack on the pounds lol!

What's weird is that I'll get tired at 9:30 or so, but when I go to bed... not so much. And it doesn't even matter if I'm tired; I'll just lay awake.

I tried that last night. It was finally the only thing that made me drop off.

It says online that if you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes to go in another room and do something quiet, but that doesn't exactly work when everyone's in bed and the house is pitch black.
