Hmmm... I think so. Just warm enough to dry it out. I've only done it twice so don't remember the setting.

And my hair dryers barely dry hair - not like those professional ones that really throw off some good heat.

lol, I go for the cheapo ones since I'm usually too lazy to use them but some of them get pretty dang hot
