Yes, but Oscars need a big tank. I mean, you technically could keep an adult Oscar in a 55 gallon, but it's like keeping a betta in a 1.5, yknow? You can, but it's a ton of extra maintenance, and I'm not too keen on doing 50% water changes once a week -_- and since it's huge, my parents probably think it would need like 1 YEARLY water change......imbociles
Edit: I really don't know why she's so social. It may be because of the sparse decorations, but she doesn't seem stressed, so :/ she won't eat in the morning, but at night after dark she comes up to the surface and does he food dance, put he lipstick above water and nibbles really fast and makes allot of bubbles, and she'll eat a bloodworm and then zoom around, it's cute. Actually, she let's me pet her :/
