My boyfriends sister bought two more bettas [after her other two died from not being fed/never having the tiny tanks cleaned], even though she already has one in a tiny half gallon tank. She even used to have that one split, and had two in it -.- Anyways...she got a male and female. And decided to put them in a split one gallon tank, but then decided to REMOVE THE DIVIDER. They haven't killed each other yet, but obviously it's going to happen. She's 18 and she can't take care of any type of animal. Three of her rats died of starvation/upper respiratory infections, and one died because it got such a huge tumor that it bit it open and she didn't even take it to a vet! Then she had a gerbil that wasn't even a year old that died. I'm so sick of people not caring for there animals. Just stop getting them if you can't care for them!
