Worried about my girl's pectoral.

When I went to feed Gemma today, I noticed she was only swimming with one pectoral fin. Strange, because I didn't remember seeing that before.

When I checked her other side to see where her other pectoral went, I noticed she had it clamped to her body. It's a bright red colour, like blood (her other pectoral is transparent). At the end of the clamped fin, there seems to be something white, almost seems fuzzy like fungus. I couldn't tell so well because she keeps moving around!

Other than that, her behaviour is normal. She's as bouncy as ever, and ate her bloodworm happily today. Her swimming isn't hindered at all, either.

I keep her in a 3.3 gal Kritter Keeper, and the water is kept around 75-78 degrees. The heater unfortunately doesn't go up higher than that, and it's not adjustable.

I did a 50% wc and put in some salt, but does anyone know what the problem is? Just in case I should do something else.

That is what I would do....water changes daily 50% for now and if it looks to be getting worse or her behavior changes-I would QT and do 100% daily water changes and aquarium salt 1tsp/gal for a full 10 days
You may also want to feed small frequent meals of a varied diet too, good nutrition can promote healing and immunity.
