food for fry that works

Hello everyone i want to know in your experience what is the easiest item you use to feed YOUR fry?

I already researched i know a couple but i want to get YOUR opinions and experiences that works and you can have successful fry.

which is the hardest to get useful from which is the easiest and most efficient

BASICALLY ALL I WANT IS SUGGESTIONS AND ANY FRY FOOD THAT I CAN FEED FROM 3-4 TIMES A DAY. :)

Fry LOVE live critters, when they are old enough, they dash for those microworms :)

I put live plants in my spawn tanks and I feed Baby Brine Shrimp. The fry to small to eat the shrimp eat micro orgamisms on the plants until theyre big enough to eat shrimp and my fry eat that for 2 weeks and then I start mixing in Hikari First Bites and still feed the shrimp. I do this until theyre big enough to eat pellet food.

For the first 5-7 days I let the fry eat the infusoria from the plants. Usually at day 5 I begin adding Vinegar eels. After the first week I mix between Vinegar Eels, Microworms, Walter Worms, and Banana Worms... so they get different levels of protien, etc.

I did the BBS with these first spawns after 2 weeks old but for me it was a little too much hassle and a lot of waste (even if I only made a little BBS) because they don't last long. With my next spawn I'm sticking with the VE, MW, WW, and BW mixture until they're big enough to eat small grindal worms.

BBS aren't messy but they're more work than culturing worms IMO. Hikari First bites is iffy.. many fry will not touch it.

The acronyms are for the foods I posted in the sentence above

VE- Vingegar Eels
MW- Microworms
WW- Walter Worms
BW- Banana Worms
