How many julii corydoras can i put in an 8Gal Tank with a male Betta?

Plan on adding the corydoras first

I would personally err on the side of caution and say none ): Cories are shoaling fish, and tend to do best in groups of 4 (some even say 6) +. In an eight gallon tank, that'd be quite a bit of bioload. For an eight gallon, you can have a betta with shrimp or ADFs, or maybe a divided tank.

I don't like Shrimp or Frogs..

But the Divided idea is good, thanks will think
