Coconut caves

Hey guys Unsure if these caves (see link)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Tropical-Fish-..._Supplies_Fish
Would be suitable to be put in my tank for when I go get my Betta from the store (2 and a half weeks in quarantine left)(according to the shop).

If anybody uses anything similar to these id be glad to hear your input on how your fish like them or dislike them

They sale the same thing at petco, but the ones at petco have java moss on the top. So I'm sure they're safe.

I have one with Java moss in my tank. Durban uses it every now and then. My moss on it looks crazy/happy/healthy.
I think like any organic material placed in a tank that is no longer living it has the ability to rot, so just keep a close eye on it. :) I'm not positive about that, and it might takes years.

I bought mine from petco with it already on it. But moss attaches itself to anything you tie it too. :) A little bit of sewing thread should do the trick. You could try just weighing it down with a few pebbles too as it might be hard to use the thread.

Thanks Ill deffinatley give it a go, just ordered Java moss and the coconut Cave on ebay.

Decided to get two as I "might" put 2-3 Julii (leopard) Corry's in my 8 gal tank before getting the Betta.( If i can find them(

This way he may be less territorial towards them
