5 gallon tank, beta and.............

does anybody know off some other fish that can go in a 5 gallon tank with a beta.

I know you can try ghost shrimp. But depending on your bettas, he'll either eat them thinking its food or because they dont like them, or they will be happy with them. :)

I had 3 small ghost shrimp in my tank recently, i love them as they are always eating from the bottom, but I think 2 of them have died. 1 for sure as I found him on the bottom. I dont know for sure, but suspect they were eaten or killed by beta or barbs in my tank...

I think I would only get a few and try them before getting a bunch...but 5 gallon is also small for more than 3...Try a Cory or an African dwarf frog? But I would also recommend a bigger tank for the frog...

You can put a few shrimp or an ADF or two in there. For fish, you'll have to get a bigger tank. I think you might get away with certain snails, too.
