Could my new fish be dpressed?

One of the two boys I got(diego) just sits at the bottom of his tank he swam around alot when I put him in there but since late last night/early morning he has just been sitting at the bottom of his tank he looks healthy and he is not on his side.Could he be overwhelmed from everything new?or depressed?Or tired cause my filter in there seems kind of strong but it's a mini one made for a 1 gallon and he is in a 2 gallon but it is still kind of strong.

Ok now I am kind of worried he has been in the same spot all day?I turned the filter off incase that was what was bothering him but it did not help. What should I do I could put him in a small thing(one of those betta kit aquarium things that I got when I knew nothing lol)maybe he will not be so overwhelmed.I tested my water and everything was fine.

I think you should temporarily switch him over to something smaller, but make sure you can still keep it heated around 80 degrees.

ok I think I am going to this is only going to have some gravel at the bottom though I don't want to move everything around. and there is no room in it for any of the stuff.cause all the stuff is too big.

I am sorry I am posting so much but it is getting worse now he is just laying on his side I moved him to the smaller tank with water from the big one there is nothing in it at all no gravel or anything. I am pretty sure he isgoing to DIE.
