Talking Small Snails?!? Good or Bad??

Hey All,

My planted spawning tank that is holding my fry has just experienced a boom in small snails...

I introduced some floating lettuce from a plant nursery in town, and it must have had some snails in it...The little 1 or 2 small (head of pin) went a problem, however they must have spawned themselves lol, and there are now a lot of them...starting to get worried they will continue to grow FAST...

Wondering if this is good or bad??? I don't mind if there in there, and I can control them be removing some if need be, but is this worse than I am making it?

Thanks,

BETTA BOY..

Im sure they are pond snails, and I have heard by putting lettuce in the tank tied to a string, you can leave it over night and in the morning it will be covered with them and then just remove them??

Well see...but I don't know If I should even bother removing them yet...It is the tank my fry are growing in, so I don't want to have trouble a month down the road!

Put lettuce or carrots in, they do reproduce even worse than rabbits lol, but you really should remove them.
