Peekaboo's 5 gallon fish tank + Fin rot.

Hi guys. I finally decided to post Peekaboo's 5.5 gallon fish tank. He shares it with 4 zebra danios, I know it's a little over stocked but I won't be getting anymore fish. Also I know the tank is very plain and looks boring, but I will be adding some java moss or java fern. Photos of your own tank for ideas would be great. Also Peekaboo looks like he got fin rot so I added some aquarium salt in there for it to cure faster. Please hope for the best :) Ewww and my filter keeps letting out these brown algae things and it takes over the tank, it floats everywhere. How can I fix that?

really Neelie? I didn't catch my danios nipping him at all. Should I return them all back to the petstore? If so, how? Like do I put them in a zip block bag?
