noob with a 10 gallon!

hey hey hey
i recently came across a 10 gallon with a tetra whisper 10i filter
was wondering if it was possible to have a few panda corys with a few female bettas.

is this possible for a 10 gal?
how many of each fish would you recommend?
still need to set it up, plants and hidey holes n such.

pretty new to the betta scene
only have one male in a 5 gal for lil over a month now

any advice would be greatly appreciated

You can keep 4-6 females in a 10 gal. Your not going to able to keep cories beacause they're schooling fish. You can maybe get a couple ghost shrimp or sails. Also make sure your tanks has lots of plants ( soft plastic, silk, live) and lots of hiding spots such as caves, ships, rocks, and tall plants. You find alot of great stuff at Wal-mart, Petco , Petsmart, or maybe a local pet or fish store. You want to keep other fish with females your going to have to get a bigger tank.

I'm pretty sure, correct me if I'm wrong, that you could technically have a school of panda cories and ONE female, or 4-6 females and no pandas.

Maybe you should look for other fishie species you could possibly put in with your Betta females :3 Make sure you don`t put too many though, you dont want your aquarium to become over-crowded Dx

I found this site, hopefully it helps!!!!

Yes, you could just keep one female and a school of cories, but I'm petty sure he/she wants more than one female. I think you can keep at least three cories from I've read. Or do the other option.
