Extreme Makeover: Tank Edition

I thought a thread like this would be interesting :) If anyone else wants to be a contestant post in here as well :D

So I did a 100% water change and I feel as though I destroyed my tank's layout I tried to put plants and items back in the same position as I had them before but it doesn't look the same imo.

Here's a pic of the layout I had before.



This is a 5 gallon mini bow tank. When I changed the water and did the rearranging the castle is doing some serious leaning towards the front :-\

I'm looking for user input should I look into new items, rearrange the tank differently, get rid of some stuff etc? Also was thinking about getting a fluorescent light in a funky color like blue.

This is extreme makeover so judges do your thing. :D

Is your tank filtered? If so, you shouldn't be doing 100% water changes or you will have to start cycling all over again. :(

Yeah its filtered I thought I had to because he had some tail damage :(
and my ammonia meter was at alert but it may be defective cause it has been stuck that way.

d'oh! lesson learned.
