Question Little Brown/Black Worms

I use an aqua clear sponge to baffle my filter (sponge is rubber banned to the filter to lower the flow. Today I saw a few tiny brownish/blackish worms on the sponge. I tried to get a picture but my camera couldn't focus on it. There's never food left behind. Any one know what they are? Where they come from?

They're probably planaria. They can be introduced into the aquarium on plants or with fish.
