Question reccomended cleaning/feeding schedule?

What do u guys think is a good feeding/cleaning schedule for a filtered, heated, UNCYCLED 3 gal?

current schedule on autumn's tank-

Feeding- fast once a week, 3 pellets a day. (I dont want fast ammonia buildup)

cleaning-

well since it's UNCYCLED im doing 100% weekly changes. (he seems to be coping well.)

On a filtered uncycled 3gal tank-I would make twice weekly 50% water changes-even after the nitrogen cycle completes I would still continue the twice weekly 50%-1-to include the substrate cleaning/vacuuming and 1-water only- this will maintain water quality to prevent health and fin problems and with 50% you don't need to remove the fish.
Give the filter media a swish/rinse a couple of times a month in old tank water with a water change and when the water flow slows to maintain good water flow.
Feeding-I would feed small frequent meals of a varied diet-one day a week fast is good and also remove any uneaten food after feeding.
