Aquabid fish! Pic spam!

** Sorry for the rather large pictures **

My AB fish arrived today...all alive too

The surprise fish were a HM pair, the male is a dragon geno. But it looks like the female has dropsy :(

But now, pictures! The male seems to really be turquoise, not green, but he is really cool! The females have almost no color right now but the PK has really colored up!

Pictures, for real now lol:

HMPK male (his name is Phrixus ) and sorry all the pics are blurry :(

HM male (he has been given to my sister since the female has dropsy. No name yet.

PK female (no name yet, she's so pale still! But she has breeding stripes already, I let her see Phrixus for a couple seconds and she barred up. She was so hard to take a picture of because she's so fast!)

I think I'm going to stop by the LPS and get my live plants so I can finish setting up my spawning tank! I'm really excited!

Thanks! You can't have the male, but I'm breeding so you can have fry :P (yes, you really can. Not sure if they'll be marble dragons though)

I'm not actually sure the HM female has dropsy. She seems to be pine coning a little bit but maybe she isn't. I won't be breeding her anyway because she's bigger than both the males XD.

LOL, well when you do breed him send me some pics of the fry once they start coloring up ;D I'd definitely be interested in a baby of his <3

Hmm...Yeah, sometimes it can be hard to tell, especially in lighter-colored/really fat bettas. Maybe just ass some AQ salt, or some epsom salt if you have any and keep an eye on her...? OH! Or som IAL would be great if you have any.
Hopefully she doesn't have Dropsy D: That'd be terrible...

Will do :)

I already put AQ salt in and I don't have IAL, but I do have oak leaves. Would that work?
