I have the Hakari Betta Gold pellets, blood worms and brine shrimp for Sam - but I've only had him 48 hours :P

I feed Hakiri Betta Gold pellets. The baby bites ones. They are small enough for even tiny females.

That's the size I have. They puff up quite a bit in water though.

Sorry, not a fan of those. I personally like Omega One Betta Buffet pellets, but have recently switched to New Life Spectrum and everybody is doing GREAT on it.

I use frozen blood worms and New Life Spectrum Betta Formula, and so far Little Guy is fine :)

I like Attison's Betta Pellets you can buy a 15g container off the IBC website for cheap. :) It will last you a while too. Unless you spill the container all the time like my boyfriend does. I also use Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets, and next paycheck I'm buying New Life Spectrum Betta pellets.
I also feed Frozen blood worms and daphnia for constipation problems.
I like to keep them on their toes and guessing what they shall get. So they don't start to get picky in case a brand of certain food becomes harder to get.
