@drama; I had NLS at my nearest petco. It's a round container with a blue lid, about two inches tall?

Here's a guide of what I feed my bettas, if that helps...I have 2 different types of pellets (Wardley's and Top Fin - though I reccommend Hikari) along with freeze-dried brine shrimp and bloodworms.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Pellet food. I often feed them one of each type twice a day (so 2 Top-Fin, 2 Wardley overall).

Tuesday: I crush the pellets and mix it with a bit of freeze-dried brineshrimp

Thursday: Freeze dried bloodworms! Yummm.

Weekend: Fasting

Do pre-soak all pellets and freeze-dried foods before feeding them...and make sure to use their own water!

Frozen foods need to be thawed before fed, obviously.
